If your employer or recruiter has asked you to complete a general pre-employment medical, you can book this directly online or by phone.

You can’t book this type of medical on your own — it must be arranged by your current or prospective employer, who initiates the process and appoints a doctor to oversee it.

If you’ve been asked to attend one of these medicals, your employer will contact you with the next steps before you book with us. If you’re unsure whether your medical falls into this category, ask your employer or give us a call.
