We conduct health assessments under the Coal Mine Workers’ Health Scheme (CMWHS), previously known as “Coal Board medicals,” and issue the final Health Assessment Report. Employers or prospective employers must initiate these assessments.

We conduct rail safety worker health assessments under the National Standard for Health Assessment of Rail Safety Workers, covering roles across all risk categories, from safety-critical Category 1 and 2 positions through to Category 3 track access workers.
As an accredited spirometry practice provider, we perform lung function testing to the ATS/ERS Spirometry Technical Standard, supporting early detection of respiratory conditions such as pneumoconiosis and silicosis.

Hearing tests are conducted to the Australian Standard for occupational noise management and auditory assessment (AS/NZS 1269.4) to identify noise-induced hearing loss relating to workplace exposure.

Instant on-site testing according to AS/NZS 4308 for urine or AS/NZS 4760 for oral fluid, supporting legally defensible results for pre-employment and workplace surveillance programs.

ECG testing for pre-employment and periodic occupational medicals, including the cardiac risk assessment required for Category 1 rail safety workers.
Functional capacity assessments evaluate a person’s capacity against role requirements, either for pre-employment screening or return-to-work planning following a workplace injury.
Support for employers and workers navigating claims under the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 (Qld), including work capacity certification and referrals to local physiotherapists, occupational therapists and specialists, and return-to-work planning.
